At Kambeta Farming Limited, we believe that agriculture is not merely about growing crops—it is about creating opportunity, dignity, and sustainable prosperity for rural communities.
We are developing a smallholder outgrower and input-credit program in Ludewa District, Tanzania, focused on empowering youth and women through irrigated agriculture.
Our initial objective is to support 200 smallholder farmers with access to quality agricultural inputs, technical support, and structured market access. The program will focus on the production of:
- 🥔 Irish (Round) Potatoes
- 🫘 Yellow Beans
💧 Through irrigation-based farming systems to improve productivity and reduce dependence on unpredictable rainfall.
Through this model, Kambeta Farming Limited will:
- Provide agricultural inputs through a structured credit arrangement
- Deliver agronomic training and ongoing technical support
- Aggregate produce from participating farmers
- Facilitate market access through organized off-take arrangements
- Improve farmer incomes while strengthening food security
We are currently seeking strategic partners, impact investors, development finance institutions, NGOs, and agribusiness stakeholders interested in supporting inclusive agricultural development.
Our vision extends beyond crop production. We seek to build a scalable rural financing and agricultural ecosystem that enables young people and women in Ludewa to transition from subsistence farming to profitable commercial agriculture.
When rural farmers gain access to finance, irrigation, markets, and knowledge, entire communities prosper.
We welcome discussions with organizations and individuals who share our commitment to agricultural transformation and economic empowerment in Tanzania.
“If your organization is interested in supporting high-impact agricultural initiatives in Tanzania, I would be pleased to connect and explore potential collaboration opportunities.”
